Warning Notice
The Department of Agriculture wishes to inform the public that:
Pursuant to the Penal Laws of the Cayman Islands, the following acts constitute criminal conduct for which you may be arrested and imprisonded:
- Unlawfully assaulting any person
- Threatening violence to any person
- Threatening to destroy or damage property
- Using any threatening, abusive or indecent language to another person
- Conduct in any manner likely to cause a breach of the peace
- Uttering words or making sounds or gesture with intent to insult the modesty of a woman
- While drunk, acting in a riotous or indecent manner
Be advised that if you conduct yourself in any manner as described above you will be reported immediately to the 911 Operator.
