Important Notice for Importers of Dairy Products & Table Eggs

Effective January 1, 2026, new import conditions will apply to all dairy products and table eggs entering the Cayman Islands.

These updated measures aim to:
Reduce the risk of importing diseases that could affect human health
 Improve traceability
 Ensure all products come from approved sources

What this means for you:
 An Import Permit from the Department of Agriculture must be obtained prior to shipment and entry.
 All consignments must comply with the revised sanitary requirements.
 Updated conditions and application procedures are available for review.

Importers are strongly encouraged to review these documents carefully and apply early.
