The post holder will provide care for, and maintain a clean and sanitary environment for impounded animals. Works cooperatively to ensure the smooth and productive operation of the Department’s Pound. The post holder works as a Kennel Assistant within the Department of Agriculture’s Veterinary Services Section and primarily undertakes duties related to the following Departmental Output: Animal and Plant Regulatory Services (Animal Welfare and Control).
