PUBLIC NOTICE – IMPORTANT PAYMENT UPDATE
The Department of Agriculture wishes to advise all customers, stakeholders, and clients of the Import and Export Services, that they are now about to make card only payments at the main office’s reception area.
Effective immediately, the Main Reception Area will be processing CARD PAYMENTS ONLY for the following services:
- Rabies Vaccinations
- Import & Export Permits (Plant, Seeds, Animal, Aquatics, etc.)
- Farmers Identification Applications and ID card renewals
- Animal Adoptions, Animal Collection Fees
Cash payments will not be accepted at the main reception for these services.
This transition is part of our continued efforts to:
- Improve efficiency
- Enhance customer service
- Provide safer, more secure payment options
We encourage all clients to come prepared with debit or credit cards to ensure smooth and timely service.
