Office Closures for Agriculture Show & Ash Wednesday Public Holiday
The Department of Agriculture (DoA) would like to inform the public of the following office closures in observance of the upcoming Agriculture Show and the Ash Wednesday Public Holiday on Wednesday, February 18.
Plants Nursery
- Closed: Saturday, February 14 to Thursday, February 19
- Reopens: Friday, February 20 (normal business hours)
Abattoir (Slaughter Services)
- Closed: Monday, February 16 to Friday, February 20
- Reopens: Monday, February 23 (normal business hours)
Commercial Centre
- Closed: Tuesday, February 17 and Ash Wednesday, February 18
- Reopens: Thursday, February 19 (normal business hours)
All Department of Agriculture Offices will be closed on Ash Wednesday, February 18, including:
- Agricultural Health Inspection Services (AHIS)
- Main Office (HR, Accounts, Admin)
- Veterinary Services
- Animal Pound
- Cayman Brac Offices
Normal business operations for these offices will resume on Thursday, February 19.
