FARM LABOURER GRAND CAYMAN
JOB PURPOSE
The Department of Agriculture seeks an individual to carry out a wide range of tasks at the Department of Agriculture’s field station, office complex as well as off-station duties relating to tree crop husbandry and plant propagation.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- High school graduate with English and Math.
- Must possess basic knowledge in agriculture.
- Ability to recognize over watering and under watering symptoms in plants.
- Must have at least three (3) years’ work experience on a nursery/farm.
- Must have a good work attitude and be a team player.
- Must have a pleasant personality and be able to communicate well with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to work as part of a team, on his/her own or with limited or no supervision
- Must be able to follow instructions carefully on a wide range of tasks.
SALARY $ 30,312 – $39,780
